Half-Life 2 - FPS - 2004
Half-Life 2 raised the bar for action adventure first person shooters. At the time of its release it was considered one of the best games ever made. It still holds up well today although the remaster 'Black Mesa' offers a more modern experience. Half-life 2 on Steam now includes the original expansions Episode 1 and Episode 2, as well as the deleted scene 'Lost Coast'. This is an absolute must play title and can be purchased as a standalone title, part of the Orange Box, The Half-Life Collection, or as part of the Valve Complete Pack, which includes all of Valve's early titles. These bundles go on sale during most Steam sales. Watch steamDB for sales.
